Will consoles happen later?
Nothing has been said either way. The only facts available are that the game is self-published, that the Steam page lists Windows alone, and that no platform holder has announced anything. We have no basis for predicting whether a port follows, so we are not going to.
Treat any site claiming a console release date as fabricated until DiSolve Studios or a platform holder announces one. This page will be updated the day that changes. Each console has its own page with the specific confusion attached to it: PS5 (where the store page’s DualSense support gets misread as a port), Xbox (Game Pass rumours) and Switch.
Steam Deck in practice
The Deck question is the most interesting unknown here. The minimum GPU the developer named is a laptop-class card from 2015, which the Deck's APU comfortably exceeds in raw terms. Two things still make it a genuine unknown: the game runs through Proton rather than natively, and physics simulation loads the CPU in ways a spec sheet does not capture.
The free demo is the honest way to find out early. It installs on a Deck the same as any other Steam title.
Playing with friends across platforms
